Adelstein won. He agreed to give Walther/IFUS a chance to make payments on the judgment, they defaulted on those payments. The court awarded Adelstein everything IFUS.
In other words, any and all points, valid, fanciful, outright lies, conspiracy theories, etc., are moot. It just doesn't matter. IFUS is dead. The desperate attempts to keep the ticker alive are for dumping purposes only and mean nothing to the non-existent company.
