What could have Walther told Scivoletto, other than we are going to vote for preferred voting shares so that none of the 3 of us lose control of the company when we bring in new investors?
What Joe could have said.
No I won't vote. I don't want that protection I think any body loaning us a few bucks to keep us going should get voting equal power,as the rest of us who put years in developing this company.
What Joe probably said
Heck yeah, why should someone who is loaning us money have any say how we grow our company.
I have no problem voting for those prefer shares and RECEIVING THEM to protect my interest.
What else could have been said between them that would be different of Walther being up to something?
