Equine soaked up a huge chunk of that float expansion! I think every OTC battles dilution to fund business plans. No different here, IMO as there are a few small notes outstanding...
However, being on the cusp of a merger with significant revenues and a phase 3 clinical trial that can net a product worth 100’s of millions is going to attract attention, especially at a current valuation of $700,000 roughly.
And they have yet to do anything to attract attention.. under the radar so to say.
Anything added to the float is being accumulated.
GLTA, any news sends this rocketing and we could be on cusp of multiple items with shareholder meeting less than 2 weeks away. .10+ can become very real very quickly!!
