If they hadn't diluted 100% this thing might've hit highs...All these people that were holding their shares, & I do believe many people bought but never sold...Didn't matter. The company was selling millions into the float. It's hard to lock up shares when the company doubles the float. And those that held got their equity cut in half...

I doubt seriously dilution is finished. But there should be some news coming up here soon...
