Providing the information about the customer in no ways breaches the the confidentially clause.

“NGEN” and “Samsung” shall not disclose to third parties confidential information on the other party’s technology"

This is about the technology - another failure in defending the LIBE/NGen scam.

Obviously the investment community doesn't believe the nonsense in the NGen financials or the pumping press releases.
