Article 22. Confidentiality



22.1 “NGEN” and “Samsung” shall not disclose to third parties confidential information on the other party’s technology or business obtained during the performance of this Agreement or individual agreements without the other party’s consent for 5 years after the termination of this Agreement as well as during the term of this Agreement.
