Hunchbackgeek;

I have a question for you.

In acb last conf. call they mentions:

“…the Canadian consumer channel continues to experience challenges at the retail level in key markets and resolution of this issue is beyond the Company’s control. Aurora is working closely with all our regulatory and channel partners to streamline distribution as the Company ....."

The statement above “…beyond the Company’s control…” refers to the supply side of dry cannabis which has been bogged down with regulatory issue for licensing of distributors and retail stores as mentioned above. These delays have also delayed completion of ACB's processing plants.

Since, the derivatives laws and regulations are being addressed in October for the approval for distribution of edibles, topicals, etc., I would expect the same delay issues related to licensing will exist as stated above.

Obviously, ACB will be supplying the derivative pipeline to retail stores soon after legislature approval and retail licensing approval. Since, the margins on the derivatives are much higher than dry cannabis, it is important to maximize these sales. But assuming the same licensing delays for distribution at the retail stores I'm assuming this backlog will have negative revenue implication on acb financials....

Since you live in Canada what is your opinion regarding progress on the legalities in Canada related to dispensaries and distribution??????
