So you're saying that people that are selling today that bought for the dividend only........z

And it could also be said..if you sell shares after Dec 1st, the buyer of your shares gets the divi..if in fact the divi is paid.

All we know at this point is...shareholders of record on Dec 1st are elegible for the divi if and when it occurs if they hold their shares till the the payoff. Who knows..there could be a PR tomorrow saying the power company is now a public company and all is hunky dory...now wouldn't that be swell??
