agree, the nobo list on Dec 1 will reflect settled trades as of end of trading day Dec 1. for a trade to have settled by Dec. 1 it would have been executed 3 days prior, or by end of trading Nov 28. If you sold Nov 29 you get the dividend shares. lucky you. whoever bought your shares on Nov 29 doesn't get the dividend, unlucky them.

The PAYABLE date is not Dec. 1. Dec 1 is the record date.

payable date has not been announced. It could be Dec 2, Dec 20, Jan 15, maybe never if the company decides to cancel the dividend.
