Tred, as to your 2nd question, TGD does NOT do anything by the book or by prior practice.

So, it would not surprise me that he, staff et al develops a new way to structure a partnership/licensing deal that will confound the experts but will add value to Anavex, shareholders and to Dr. V and Dr. F in the long run.
