Bio let me digress. Our chances of “success” increase dramatically!. Of course with success comes approval especially with respect to our ODD with Rett. I believe Dr Missling, and models, give a 20% increase of success non biomarker driven trials. We now have two biomarkers for AD (from the AD trial) and quite possibly for many other diseases. The first being the wild type sigmar 1 and the second being the two types of bacteria found in the stool samples of the super responders which was confirmed by a Japanese(?) third party studying walnuts and their affect on the brain, BONUS! All things being equal I give just under %20, PER biomarker, to s successful trial outcome. So starting at a coinflip of just %50, that puts us in the neighbourhood of 80-85%. After the to e and depth of the ever increasing amount of data nudge it up to %90.

One of my questions for you or others with a higher pay grade than me is does the “Gaba and Glutamate” balance help in AD and Parkinsons or more for diseases with gene mutation like Rett Syndrome?

2nd and final question relating more to partnering would Dr Missling wait to partner for AD until after approval (with 2020 being mentioned for a readout) or prior too, listing “approval” as a milestone as we so often see in other partnership announcements? Obviously after Rett approval by FDA early to mid 2020 would give us a higher pps giving us a truer realistic value.

Great presentation today probably top 2 or 3 given the ever increasing amount of data needing to be crammed in. Im not sure how our Ceo comes across as a scam or a smoke blower like many hear interpret, not even an iota of a suggestion after repeated methodical solid data building presentations.
On that note and taking one for the team in order to reduce future dilution of my fellow brothers shares, I would be willing to personally pay for any haircuts needed for a year, upon Rett approval, for Dr. Christopher Missling.
