For what it is worth.
I do recall at the start of this thing, that a few posters stated they saw a 'long version' of the PAA.
No one thought to copy it, (why would they), and the next thing we know is the 39pg doc. is the only thing availeable for us to get info from.

I don't know if it did mention 200B, BUT, there is a REASON we were/are still given limited info.
