1:25,000 RS was approved by previous owners. Current owners have mentioned a RS, but have also stated all plans of previous owners are null. Very ambiguous so use your best judgement here.

The CEO stated that there is a proposed R/S on the table. Nothing else has been released. The CEO mentioned in an email to someone on this board that they should ignore anything that the prior CEO stated. The old CEO tweeted back in August that the R/S that he announced in June is off - that has nothing to do with the R/S that the new CEO just proposed in a press release. There has been NOTHING announced that should make anyone think the the recently proposed R/S has been taken off the table.
