You just asked me for confirmation that the R/S is happening? Now you're seeking someone to confirm the R/S has been called off???

The CEO stated that there is a proposed R/S on the table. Nothing else has been released. The CEO mentioned in an email to someone on this board that they should ignore anything that the prior CEO stated. The old CEO tweeted back in August that the R/S that he announced in June is off - that has nothing to do with the R/S that the new CEO just proposed in a press release. There has been NOTHING announced that should make anyone think the the recently proposed R/S has been taken off the table.
