I called TDA myself, to ask about the NOBO (non-objecting beneficial owner) list. The guy on the phone had to search around to find it in his computer. He said it was a button he had to click and now, as of today, I am on the NOBO list.
A couple things: perhaps not every shareholder is on the list, and maybe folks ought to check?
And, if one was not on the NOBO list at the time the stock was revoked, are you then hosed? Or does it matter at all when one gets on the list?
