You: Hi Tyler. Are you familiar with NOBO lists? I want to make sure my information is available upon request. Shares I owned have gotten revoked and going private.

Tyler S: Let me look into that for you!

Tyler S: I asked my back office, and you are active on NOBO list. Your information is available upon request by the company!

Also, only an officer of the company can obtain this list.

I wish I asked if ever received a proxy (electronic or by mail--older days) if one's info is NOBO'd.
