As the BSMB found that the trial can continue without changes to the protocol it would imply that the 15 US Rett patients are also on 5mg.

It could be a toxicity concern, but it could also be that in Rett the patients need less A2-73 because their brains are not damaged from the years of lifestyle and age issues that contribute to developing AD.

...questionnaire and the biomarkers... Could both be from the placebo effect? Yes probably...

I think awareness by the caregivers is unlikely to have an effect on the biomarkers if the patients themselves are unaware.
