If I recall, NVSOS won't let you see the actual document online. You have to file a paper form and order it. Is this what you mean?

The "view" stuff doesn't work yet, far as I know. They've been redesigning the site for what seems like a lifetime. When I hit any of the "view" buttons, all I get is a brief flashing alert that says "Please wait'.
