As I recall there didn't seem to be much difference to the outcome of IV versus Oral administration in the P2a initial 5 weeks. However, I think there could be a perhaps slight difference between oral pill versus liquid absorption, but not an expert.
What is really intriguing is that apparently the gut microbiome and brain connection may have two way interaction.
Yes I estimate the chances of approval a little higher on today's news, but I have to temper my excitement given the small size and preliminary nature of the data.
