In my latest telephone call with Dave Innes,he made clear that -on the right terms- Linda Powers wants to sell the company after positive P3 results on DCVax-L. If I asked about the right teems he said he referred to recent buyouts of $8b-$15b and higher...

Would you ask David to post to the board and CONFIRM that.

Its not that I don't believe you, its that I REALLY REALLY R E A L L Y don't believe that David said that - even with a GUN to his head.

There is really NOTHING that is not ALREADY DISCLOSED per the Last TWO Annual Shareholders Meeting as to your conversation with VP David Innes:

1) Would CEO accept a Buyout OFFER

The fact that so many have been Totally UNAWARE says to any logical mind that one only pays attention to what they want to hear like when SAP and all the paraphernalia surrounding it at the EXCLUSION of all else that CEO Linda Powers STATES. Same for what SVP Les Goldman and other Board Members like Jawonoski?

2) MB’s do UNDERMINE a CEO like Linda Powers in Pied Pipers leading their flock way too often ASTRAY and sometimes for slaughter versus The CEO who has her pulse on every VITAL issue facing NWBO.

3)Few, if any, BEFORE May 2019 had a clear idea of GETTING Your NWBO shares OUT of Street Name and INTO YOUR NAME

So it is not possible that any of my remarks are mere inferences but instead THE ONLY INTERPRETATION that lots of posters have run AFOUL of the Ground Rules of Investing by giving

Alexander, Linda Powers has several times said at shareholders’ meetings I attended that if she got an offer she couldn’t refuse, she’d take it. When Dave threw out those comparative numbers, I would guess he’s talking about actually comparing what those companies had to offer and what they were bought out for to what we have to offer. And with top line, we have a lot more to offer. We all know that our technology is transferable to any solid tumor. NWBO already has the Ph I and II clinical studies in ovarian cancer that show similar efficacy to what we’re seeing in GBM. And they’ve evidently done a lot of compassionate care with DCVaxL in colon cancer in Israel, when they had a clinical setup there. (The last according to a statement Linda made a few years ago.) Knowing this, I think you would have to extrapolate those numbers Dave threw out to include some value for the other solid cancers we know DCVax will work with in order to satisfy Linda. And then, of course, there’s Direct.
So, yes, I can see Dave Innes stating that Linda will sell the company after top line data if she gets her price, but I suspect her price is much higher than the what Juno or Kite sold for, and probably, in my opinion, higher than those two combined. After all, remember, those two vied for the same space.

It's funny though, because that's not what I've been hearing. In my last phone conversation I was told about how they've been researching extradition policies and planning their getaway - some to the Caribbean, some to South America, and one to the Australian Outback. I was told they've all raked in just about all they can from dilutions, land sales, and loans at 18 percent, and that they are all pretty flush right now. Not much more blood can be squeezed from this turnip. Oh, and I was told with absolute assurance that the SAP is nearly complete.
