Your statement " it's not for sale" is not accurate and misleading. In a conversation with Les about a year ago, I asked him about whether NWBO management would entertain a sale of the company. Paraphrasing, he said that for the right price everything is for sale. Nothing is off the table.

HAS ANYBODY heard the above ....and vouches for it,...... or better yet: HAVE WE SEEN IT in a link that would ADD some further credibility to the above

The probable circumstance is that an offer that cannot be refused has not been made.....yet.

Probably, LP is reasonably certain of the cards she holds.
GOD HELP US if not!

She is not going to sell the company at a bargain sale price.
Given her demonstrative experience as a venture capitalist specializing in her specific space for close to twenty years, she and we, would NOT entertain the thought. of selling NWBO at a bargain sale price.......... although many here would clamor for it so they could receive their payday and move on.

AND it appears unlikely the worst here could happen with CEO Linda Powers being OUTVOTED (not likely as witnessed by lFeb 2019 ASM where clear landslide on ALL fronts versus ALL the clamor on this message board ...... especially by a boisterous, large, NWBO shareholder since 2014 who is a CEO himself, that called for the ouster of CEO Linda Powers..... got not only egg on his face but did various mea culpas like a few others have had to do (though still to many are too proud to admit).......

WORST CASE would be NWBO hire 3th party valuation EXPERTS from key investment bankers to determine IF it is a fair valuation for whatever formal credible offers NWBO receives. The latter sentence is FACT/history/my own direct experience......., along with a daily diet of reading since 1977 about mergers and acquisitions in the WSJ/NYT etc ....... or more specifically trade publications like Fierce Biotech, Biospace etc etc

I would And for now, BP or whoever are not willing to pay LP's price.

The fact that no one has stepped up to pay the asking price does not mean that NWBO does not have the goods. For now, buyers are on the sidelines and waiting for top line results which are close at hand. So no offers for now. JMHO.
