We have at least one expert in this area and I’m quite sure they have been working diligently for some time on all matters to do this right. Furthermore, we don’t know where they are in the process.
I don’t think the majority who have been here are worried about if it’s this week, next week or next month. I’m content holding as I know it will happen.
The Dtc holds shares or tracts registered shares for brokers, investors... for matters like paying dividends, adjusting shares like splits... it does not mean all 62m shares are going to Korean shareholders. Many pink and OTC stocks have the entire unrestricted shares held at dtc. A chill is usually caused when a transfer agent does not follow the rules. This could be caused by the paperwork to update the AS. By us meddling with trying to correct old typos directly and not through IR could be causing more paperwork and filings EMPM has to release before they can move to the next step. Or the DTC needs to investigate the reported AS update that did not come from the company via a release. The transfer agent might have caused the freeze imo.
I respect you and am glad that you are here posting valuable insight and adding great value to the board.
However, you really need to stick with what you really know and expertise.
there is NO CHILL and 62 million shares have nothing to do with Korean shares..
I know your intentions were good in order to lower expectations about the name change. Most of us here really don't care when it happens. Filings and updates will continue to flow from now on.
IMO we gotta be much more selective and careful what we post here especially while we are on the breakout board and too many new potential investors are looking at this stock over the weekend.
