ONE THING IS CERTAIN ABOUT THE NAME/SYMBOL CHANGE
It WILL NOT happen until the Depository Trust Company is satisfied and releases the "HOLD."
Earlier this morning, I called and spoke with "Jason," of the Signature Stock Transfer, Inc., regarding the ongoing MISGIVEN information, as it related to the Authorized Shares for EMPM. He verified, with me, that "someone else (presumably "dshade")," had called, earlier in the week, regarding the matter. Upon my FURTHER probing and PRESSING, regarding the of the IMPORTANCE of "Signature Stock Transfer, Inc's" FIDUCIARY DUTY to RECTIFY the matter, Jason assured me that the matter would be resolved, expeditiously, and asked me to email him for an "OFFICIAL" return "confirmation," regarding his resolve to rectify the matter with immediacy, "at all levels."
Later in the day, to my surprise, I looked into EMPM's SECURITY DETAILS and found that the days-long matter of the Authorized Shares had been rectified, BUT, the matter of the 62,021,300 shares, HELD by the Depository Trust Company REMAINED A CONSTANT. Those 62,021,300 shares, on "CHILL" with the Depository Trust Company, are, MORE THAN CERTAINLY, the KOREAN SHARES.
"STANDING," within ANY organizational SHARE structure, IS IMPERATIVE, to [a] MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER/S; it is more than just prestige, IT IS "LEGAL STANDING," which dictates the "PECKING ORDER" of ALL involved within the corporate structure.
Supposed/Proposed dates for the NAME/SYMBOL change WILL NOT HAPPEN, until the Depository Trust Company is SATISFIED and has RELEASED the 62,021,300 shares to be, FORMALLY, REPORTED, as indelibly absorbed, by "the Company."
"STANDING," within ANY given Corporate Structure IS reflective of who is in "POWER/CONTROL!" RIGHTS, SUCH AS VOTING AND CONTROL of a Company ARE involved here!!!
To be, RESOLUTELY, CLEAR, UNTIL the Depository Trust Company is "SATISFIED" with their position on the "HELD SHARES," WE WILL NOT SEE A NAME/SYMBOL change. Is this a "BAD" thing... I don't believe so; it's just a matter of BARRISTER-INTERJECTION and PROPER REPRESENTATION/CLARIFICATION, by the same, most-likely. BUT, MY IMMEDIATE PURPOSE in writing this evening, is that, I KNOW that it is of the UTMOST IMPORTANCE to SHARE THIS WITH YOU ALL, as decisions may be made, based on supposed/proposed "dates" given, in regards to the NAME/SYMBOL CHANGE, which may NOT happen, as proposed/supposed, AND, it WILL create additional misgivings and UNINFORMED "sell" decisions.
THIS "DETAIL" of a VERY SERIOUS MATTER, without PROPERLY being addressed, MOST-LIKELY WILL create "issues," of unintentionally negative consequences, for MANY. I'm trying to avoid THAT for those who may be confused by taking, ANY of the previously, given/proposed dates for the NAME/SYMBOL change as a hard-given fact, with the eventual belief that it may be a negative signal, if not met.
Again... DUE DILIGENCE is EVERYTHING!!!!!
