I see your point, but it needs better wording to not be confusing...clearly if we are confused so is the FDA. You’d think Amarin and FDA could figure this out...but not a chance in hell with the history between the two...

That's a good interpretation, but I look at it as:

"V is not intended to compete with Statins and, therefore can be used as both an "incremental, as well as a separate treatment option... "


Meaning that it can be used with Statins or separately (without Statins)
