The owner of a private company can benefit greatly by getting acquired by a public company, getting stock, getting access to the resources of the public company, etc..

Is this case some entity called CareClix has aligned with a grey sheet shell, which instantly tells me the fundamental value is zero, or even less than zero.

As in saddling penny stock marks with debt instead of tangible assets and value.
