How did you come up with a value of $2 million for Careclix?

That's where I see it differently and I don't think the intention is to deceive, but rather to minimize damage to the SOLI ticker/company and future exchange uplists.

I think the original January 8K was more aligned to CareClix's current business at $15Million. But, at that time, SOLI would have had to issue billions of shares, since the PPS was under $0.005. If they are indeed looking to be a big board company, having billions outstanding isn't very attractive, especially knowing that even at the low price of $.33/per share or $.50/share they would be holding a $1Billion valuation. Even if they are worth $1Billion, wouldn't it be nicer to see a $10 PPS rather than $.33 or $.50. Nasdaq needs a $1 minimum price, so SOLI couldn't get to Nasdaq until they are a $1Billion company, unless they want to reverse split, which again is harmful to the Ticker/Company and could be completely avoided by re-working the agreement.

Additionally, Sunil Budhrani gave a speech late 2016 I believe stating that CareClix did $1M of revenue in 2015, and were on pace to double that in 2016. So to sell a company that was generating $2M of revenue 3 years ago, in a sector that has continued to grow significantly annually seems silly.

I think it's more likely that in the employment agreements CareClix members will be given x% of shares, or x amount of shares to ensure they continue growing the business which in turn grows SOLI, vs again, just a lump sum of billions of shares that would impact their future exchange goals.

For all we know, Korangy and other CareClix managers gave SOLI the $$ through the financing, so that they could secure more shares at a discounted price.

That is why I'm long. I don't believe they have tried to deceive like a normal penny stock would. If I lose it all, well, so be it. I didn't take out a mortgage to buy SOLI, I didn't borrow money from anyone. I have a job, I can pay my bills, I can travel, etc without having to worry if SOLI goes nowhere.
