Shar- If Generic take this to court they lose and pay court fees...and if by chance they won (IMO very very unlikely) they don’t realize the full R-I market that hasn’t been marketed yet by Pharma, this is not Generic filers MO. I agree settlement is close... JMO BB
I think much ado about nothing is more like it. I doubt there are nearly as many people who think the patents or the lawsuit are even issues. I certainly don't. There will be many more lawsuits and they amount to nothing more than noise from which folks on message boards can explosively invent wacky theories of doom and gloom
