Analyst have stated that it is a risk and uncertainty for some investors. Until the risk is mitigated with a settlement some will find it a reason not to buy. I am not sure how many are in this camp but I would like to find out soon.

I think much ado about nothing is more like it. I doubt there are nearly as many people who think the patents or the lawsuit are even issues. I certainly don't. There will be many more lawsuits and they amount to nothing more than noise from which folks on message boards can explosively invent wacky theories of doom and gloom

Wasn't there a 20% jump in the week following the Teva settlement? That's a pretty big leap for "noise"
