A perfect description of what can happen to a ticker in the health business just like SOLI. Another company in the medical technologies and supply business just like CareClix in CTYX.
Flood and Scott have already given three different versions about why the SOLI 10Q has been delayed. Waiting for FINRA to give the thumbs up on the FORM 211 wasn't one of them.
