Anatomy of a Sub-Penny Scam: get your popcorn ready-----So are we to believe that some nefarious group of people---(they exist, trust me) got together like 2 years ago and said to each other , like ocean's eleven: Here is the plan. we are going to find a defunct company trading on the grey market---not the pinks--cause that would be too easy---but the grey market--got it?---and make sure they dont have like 500 million shares or 2 billion shares like all the other stinky pinkies--maybe only like 50 million shares-- and we are going to all buy some---even tho you could get all of them for $5,000 at trip ones---but anyway---then , then we swindle the grey market company owner into giving us his worthless shell for a piece of the action---and we pretend---amongst ourselves to reverse merge with lets see---hmmm oh i know--lets pick a tele medicine company---but shhhh---dont tell anybody---but we gotta keep it legit so we gotta file a few things with the sec. now we just sit and wait---not gonna pump this --not gonna promote this--just gonna wait and hope for our version of the christian bale character from the movie the big short to read through these obscure filings to see what we have done..(Played by Smitter in our movie)---then he is going to spread the word, and all of these rubes and hicks and pennyland gamblers are gonna catch wind and start buying --and even tho there is no promotion--as the buying increases and the price goes up--us origanal investors---we are gonna start selling into the run up-- but shhh--dont tell anyone--please dont let the careclix people know we pretended to merge with them--
and to fake out everyone--we are going to court to get those 12 million other shares back from the other crook cause that is what penny scam artists do---really?---REALLY??? and now---the 10Q is late and by golly that means something is really rotten in denmark and if you all dont hurry up and sell your shares they will be worthless--(that is the dump part) an anyone that holds on is a bagholder----so do i have it about right?-e
