JR does not clear his decisions with me... you'd have to ask HIM about what his share dividend entails and if he plans to give more to JS...
BUT consider this... and I am not sure this is entirely correct since I have been on board less than a month... it appears to me in some of the material I have read that JS essentially parted with JR on very friendly terms and did not CONTEST anything about proprietary rights to any of the technologies.
Now maybe they had that understanding in place for a long time and it is no big deal... but then again, maybe JS acknowledges JR's intellectual property rights in all this, and conversely JR is grateful for beneficial associations that allowed him to get to this point... so he has included his long-time associate in every reasonable and possible way!
Frankly, it is none of MY business... I looked, I liked, and I bought what I decided I would of the USSE stock in time to qualify for the stk dividend. End of story!
