and affecting restriction removal

of those shares or not...


the security counsel for

a company has to agree

that it is ok to remove

restriction and instruct

t/a to do so...


dc gd folks may be too

busy to even review any

requests like that with

such HUGE plans being

rolled out...


And they can use the one

year after moving from

shell status that e'ore

mentioned as excuse to

control restricted shares...LJ

If the shares were restricted when they filed the 15-12 in 2015 they would stay restricted as long as the company stayed dark.
