Here is the issue. 10-12gs go effective in 60 days. And the SEC can immediately revoke the registration after it goes effective. But FINRA can take their time on a no comment review. You don't think FINRA and the SEC speak?

I cannot wait to see the 10-Q, that is required to be reviewed by the auditor as an attestation service today. I guess they can furnish a 12b-25 tomorrow and get five days.

And yes, they have to file an 8-K within four days, and amend it by 74 days with the audit and proformas. They are not in compliance. They need to file Item 2.01 on Form 8-K and amend it.

I leave for a conference out of the country, in two weeks, lets get this done before I am out of pocket for three weeks.
