A Form 10 automatically goes effective after 60 days. I see no correspondence uploaded yet to reflect the SEC comments. But I also see they closed an acquisition in April and have yet to file 2 years audited financials and the proforma financials since they are acquiring the company KB as a whole which would have been required under Reg S-X after 75 days which would have been sometime in July at the latest.

If this was a play for KB to go public using the SOLI shell...they ain’t doing it right...and that might be the issue with the 211.

And where on earth did the $1 million come from for the acquisition? Soli has little cash.

Something is very fishy. No surprise now that a 211 has been sponsored.
