"One or More" is IMO:The fact that IDCC is licensing Handsets, and Infrastructure...And while Ericsson which was specifically named as a 2G and 3G trigger...was a OEM of both at the time the 1999 Nokia contract was prepared..and now it would take Ericsson for Infrastructure and Sony/Ericsson for handsets to sign for 2G and 3G..Perhaps Nokia can find a Philadelphia Lawyer to contest that issue... and convince an Arbitration Panel that IDCC has not lived up to the "Letter of the law"..by utilizing Ericsson and Sony/Ericsson as triggers..
