No, it won't be "a couple of months". SHMP will need to be released from quarantine by TPWD and then restock. We're talking no less than 6 months from today before a single shrimp will be sold by SHMP.
During the downtime, SHMP will sell more stock, so the massive diution already in the works will only increase.
And SHMP can't possible think that running 4 tanks off of a single EC is still a good idea. That means more capital investments for the equipment.
No outside investor is going to gamble on sinking $10M into a shrimp farm in LV until SHMP has a history of good results. We're talking years.
