Another thought is that NS may be able to sue the hatchery for this.

All in all these virus are common to shrimp farming. They trusted PLs from a hatchery and got the bad end of the deal.

This will only push them (as stated in the 8K) to pursue their own hatchery eliminating this as an issue.

These viruses are common to this industry. If NS were eventually going to have this problem then it couldn’t have happened at a better time. Let’s go through it now, start over with better checks and balances, plan for a better supply of PL’s and keep the train rolling down the tracks.

There is not one industry that Doesn’t have set backs or out falls. This is just one that will recover in a matter of a couple of months.
