KCSVEN - My point wasn't really about do we think we get an approval tonight but more to the effect of how much would an approval move the needle at this point. I don't see it going over 20 and it wouldn't surprise me if it shorts all the way back down to 18 after approval and sits there for a year until Amarin starts posting huge revenue numbers AND profits.

If it is embargoed and if they are waiting for label, wouldn’t they then just wait till AHA 2019 in November?

I think it's almost guaranteed that the AHA doesn't update SOC until we get R-IT label - they're too stick in the mud to go out on a limb and rec an off-label CVD treatment. How soon they update after approval could definitely play a role in how fast the pps goes up - if it's a month or two later the response would be muted compared to several days after approval. My bet is the update is written, ready to go, and will be released quickly after approval is announced, it's in the best interest of their patients after all.
