No need to wait until November 2019 to lift an embargo. If the agreed upon language is ready and complete, then release it.

OTOH, perhaps both trade associations would wait until Pdufa date to see the extent/content of expanded label change—-that could affect what is agreed to or what is said.

I note ADA did not wait for AAC New Orleans event to release its PR late in March.
