That's not how this started, though. I'm not taking offense at anything you've stated about the packaging, the CEO, or even your quandary over the lack of CBD on the packaging of CWEB products.

You indicated that the packaging was "purposely confusing" and "misleading". Fine. But, your opinion about consumer reaction to packaging doesn't matter and neither does mine. What matters is that the company reached a decision to package products the way it has after testing it on a much larger cross-section of consumers. Focus groups and other studies led to a decision to package products in the most effective manner to appeal a particular type of consumer. And it is working. The proof is in the pudding (revenues).

Does putting CBD on the labeling help? I don't know. But that's the point. You don't know either, so your assertion that "...PlusCBD will steal marketshare as CBD is in the name as well as the amount of CBD is ON THE FRONT LABEL..." is pure conjecture.

I'm not undermining the CEO, I work in the data analytics industry myself and understand the rigor behind data driven decisions. It must be to satisfy FDA guidelines as others have said. CWEB's whole business is predicated around the sale of CBD. Not to have those three letters on your product (while others do) is just strange. I don't understand how one can argue that point? It's not a bash it's just common sense. Who says cannabidiol when referring to CBD other than scientists?
