Authority?

5. Their hemp extract oil does say "cannabinoids" on the front label but what American besides us investors know what that word means or even how to pronounce. That should say CBD

Sources?

My takeaway from these insights are 1) CWEB is purposely confusing customers into thinking that hemp extract amount on the front label is amount of CBD. 2) Not having CBD on the label will result in customer confusion and therefore lead to lost sales. The everyday American is looking for CBD as that is how it is being publicized - not hemp extract, cannabinoids.

Not according to today's ER

Didn't CWEB just recently do a rebranding? This sort of marketing bolded well prior to the passage of the farm bill but products such as PlusCBD will steal marketshare as CBD is in the name as well as the amount of CBD is ON THE FRONT LABEL.

I believe this is due to their perception of what’s best with FDA

Have you contacted the Company?

After reviewing CWEB's product line on the web, I noticed some peculiar features for their products.

1. The front label of their products never explicitly say the amount of CBD
2. The front label never actually says CBD is in their product
3. The front label says the amount of hemp extract
(which is always way more than the amount of cbd)
4. On their website the heading for the product
will be FULL STRENGTH CBD CAPSULES but the actual title
on the bottle says FULL STRENGTH HEMP EXTRACT CAPSULES
5. Their hemp extract oil does say "cannabinoids" on the
front label but what American besides us investors
know what that word means or even how to pronounce.
That should say CBD

If so: What were the answers? Why were they not adequate?

If not: Why not? Since the Company would be the only source for honest answers to such concerns, if it's ANSWERS you're looking for.

CWBHF sells hemp extract with the ingredients(hemp extract, flavor, oil) listed on the label. CBD is not an ingredient, it is a naturally occurring constituent along with many other cannabinoids and phytochemicals.

There currently are no rules or guidelines for what hemp extract labels should list or not. Terpenes? Cannabinoids? Which Cannabinoids? CBN, CBC, CBG, THCV, CBDV? Omega 3-6-9 content? Ingredients vs constituents? Processing technique used(Solvents or not)? Recommended dosage? Serving size? Warnings?

These are all questions that no one has the answer to yet. However, in the meantime, I wouldn't plaster an FDA deemed "drug ingredient" all over the product just to appeal to the people who will buy anything with the letters "C-B-D" on the label.

There are too many companies and stores trying to appeal to the lowest common denominator. This is a market for educated consumers. If you aren't aware of, or can't pronounce "cannabidiol" or "cannabinoids", but you are looking for CBD, you should just stay home(or off the web) and ask someone else to figure it out for you, even if you are over 18.
