Mentioned that several times art, I said without a deal/partnership BIEL will not make it! Doesn't matter how good the product is, or the little bit of sales they are able to produce on their own. The fact has always been they need outside capital. Any money they were making from sales were getting eaten up by expenses, and they had to increase the OS continually to keep operating!
It would have been just a matter of time before complete faith would have been lost, and no one would dare touch this stock!
