Oh wait, so United Spirits, Inc., which is the only entity with the partnership agreement with Hooters is ONLY an "affiliate" of ICNB?

This implies that there is no ownership of United Spirits, Inc. by ICNB and only a "shared" entity or individual, and therefore no revenue or income for ICNB from the Hooters partnership.

This just can't be a good thing for ICNB stockholders
