That’s correct. It’s a variable interest entity as described in the S-1 as well, owned solely by Rich, not at all by ICNB. And Hooters Spirits are an entity and only entity of United, so benefits go 100% to Rich. But here’s the kicker, all losses get paid for by shareholders (my speculation since shareholders have been paying 100% of all the other products’ losses even though only 51% owned).
Now Rich could change all of that, but it isn’t on paper and released to the public.
