kiwi, I may be wrong, but Sharinky's point backs my argument, not yours. The 30 month stay expires I believe in 2020 due to NCE. If someone files in 2021, there is no 30 month stay, so in essence, a challenger could move much quicker. I agree he made a good point, one that backs my argument.
