Given the paragraph 1V requirements , Amarin allowed response time , followed by the 30 mth stay ...you're running out of time for Big Pharma etc to file a challenge since there would be limited life left in the patent anyway ...figure in paragraph 1V , Amarin response , 30 mth stay , court date , court decision , Amarin appeal ( if they lost ) .

I would guess then that if you haven't already filed a patent challenge you're unlikely to ....altho Oneragman may disagree .
Also the Reduce It patents should be very hard to break given no prior art using a composition of 96% EPA devoid of DHA.
