THAT IS WHY SOME COMPANIES PUT IN FILINGS AND IT TAKES TWO WEEKS FOR OTC MARKETS TO TURN THEM PINK FROM YIELD BUT OTHER COMPANIES IT LITERALLY TAKES 1 day


MUST I REMIND YOU GUYS OTC MARKETS IS ALSO A MARKET MAKER THEY ARE IN THE BOX understand they own market maker company that being said it goes down to filing hits have we got enough nope load up push it down too or maybe filing hits certain mm is low they make one call hey delay that pink status please

trust me it happens everyday just like traders work together mm work together with otc markets


that being said otc markets is exactly what it is its a market place that just is displaying price quotes and bid asks etc thats it. you could literally start your own market place and have stocks on your market then you could quote them and they would show up on ameritrade.. of course you would have to get licensed etc


but at eod otc markets is nothing but a group that said lets create pink yield stop etc and have companies send us their filings and we will monitor it thats it
they cannot get you arrested halted suspended etc

can they recommend yes
as they are eod monitored by finra sec
but authority they have NONE

so filings with WYOMING SOS ARE VERY IMPORTANT MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANY OTC MARKET FILING

state SOS has so much authority you do not understand maybe you was misinformed so i am here to educate you when it comes to stocks it starts at the sos understand


lets say you started company did all your paperwork and put your company public with 100 shares
on the nasdaq. in fact consider it you had multiple companies and put it on all exchanges because this applies to all
so nasdaq nyse otc markets greys pinks qb stop limited your companys are all on all the exchanges all tiers ok

you registered 100 shares to be listed per company with sec finra etc


now you have been trading over 6 months you pps has gone up your companies are doing great

then some traders that do dd look at you filings

and what do they find

they find on your original wyoming sos filings you only registered 50 shares per company for share structure


what do you think happens next


i will tell you multiple felonys and multiple years in state and federal prison


lets even do TCEL situation

lets imagine wyoming posts and files the cancel reverse split amendment monday

everythings good tcel then puts in filings to otc and gets pink current


then kaboom 2 years later they file with finra for reverse split as once pink you have to file with finra for rs etc

they see that an AMENDMENT to reverse split was NEVER FILED
