Wow, this is wrong on so many levels. OTC Markets can absolutely list a stock as Yield, Caveat Emptor or suspended.

It's why companies can file there since they abandoned filing on SEC.gov

So Wyoming SOS is not a regulatory body that governs trading. It's a body that governs a Business License in Wyoming.
