Why are shares owned by Tauriga being held by VistaGen's transfer agent and not by Tauriga itself?
That's the problem. I'm sure there's a good reason for it and as soon as someone tells me what it is there's a chance that the problem will go away. Are they being held that way pending some action by one of the parties to the sale? Is it the typical methodology in a direct offering?
If this was normal would it have been mentioned in the text of the 10-K? "As of March 31, 2019, these shares were not on deposit with the Company’s broker of record." It's a notation that I haven't seen before. Have you?
