How do you figure that there are shares that no one wants? If that were even remotely true, share price would not have risen yesterday, you know, the old supply and demand. It's true that there are way too many shares, the scourge of sub-penny stocks, but that's a solvable problem.
Your attacks against the integrity of Mr Kay are scurrilous, however, and at odds with his record of almost 50 years in business. If you really believe that he's shady and you're a shareholder (hah!), then sic the Feds on him, or it's only blowing smoke.
